Orders and products

Yes, every INARD bag is hand-woven by the designer in our atelier in Prizren, Kosovo. We do not use a production line or mass manufacturing. Each bag is an individual piece — it may have slight variations in fabric texture or pattern placement, which are a natural characteristic of hand weaving.

Standard collection bags: 3–5 business days (weaving + dispatch). Limited edition bags: 7–10 business days. Personalised orders: 10–21 business days. We keep you informed by email at every stage.

Yes! We offer a personalisation service — write to us via the contact form and describe what you're looking for. We can change the fabric colour, hardware, lining, and even the size of the bag. Price and lead time for personalisation are agreed individually.

We work with suppliers from Italy, Belgium, Japan and other certified producers. All natural fabrics (cotton, linen) hold a GOTS certificate. Synthetic materials (eco leather) carry the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate. Every fabric is checked by hand before use.

Care

Linen bags can be hand-washed (30°C) or machine-washed on a delicate cycle (30°C). Dry flat in the shade. Iron while damp, on the reverse side. Remove small stains immediately with a damp cloth.

Clean velvet only dry or with a velvet brush, brushing in the direction of the pile. Do not wet or rub. Store filled (with tissue paper or an insert), in an upright position. Avoid contact with sharp objects and rain.
