Every INARD bag is hand-woven after the order is placed. Processing time depends on the chosen model:

We use packaging materials that are recyclable or reusable. We do not use bubble wrap or single-use plastic.

Parcel Tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. Real-time tracking is available on the courier's website.

Damage in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged — do not accept it, or draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier. Then contact us immediately via the contact form or at info@inard.eu. We will replace the bag or issue a full refund.
